RENTALS ARE ONLY VALID FOR SERVICE CUSTOMERS AT MCCARTHY SUBARU
In the event of an accident, the insurance you have provided is the primary insurance for any claims while the vehicle is under the rental agreement.
Every Rental is issued with a full tank of gas. If you return with less than full, you acknowledge that you will be charged a flat $80 refueling fee.
Please note any existing damage on the check-out of your vehicle rental. You acknowledge that anything beyond $100 in repair costs to us, you will be charged the necessary full amount to repair the damage.
Smoking of any kind is prohibited. If there is evidence of smoking inside our rental vehicle after the rental is over, a flat $600 fee will be charged.
No Pets allowed. Any evidence of animal hair or wear will result in a $200 odor and hair removal fee. However, exceptions may be allowed but must be filed prior to accepting a rented vehicle.
Anything over 1500 miles driven requires prior approval and will be assessed fees of $0.35 per mile over the allowed amount during any rental agreement.
You acknowledge that any late return that is not communicated in advance, you will be charged the necessary fees per your rental agreement.
Service/Repair Facility rental vehicles only: Renting a vehicle before a warranty approves a claim or rental reimbursement is a choice, not an obligation from your dealer or Just Drive Rental Cars of Lawrence. You are responsible for any rental charges/fees that are not covered by a warranty; including differences in daily rates, and days that are not covered by a warranty beyond the vehicle’s completion repair date.
Any rental agreement that is over-due and communication is absent, we will assume you refuse to meet your terms of the agreement and will result in a filing of a police report for auto theft.
Your rental fees associated with your rental agreement are charged upfront on the credit card/debit card you provide upon booking your rental reservation. The same card will be charged in the event that we have to enforce any of these rules.
